Shivram is a Textile Engineer and a post graduate in Business Management from IIM , Lucknow He has over twenty seven years of experience in Management Consulting and Industry. His primary focus is in Human Capital consulting and he has executed engagements in areas such as Organisation Structure Review, Manpower Assessment, Organisation Climate Survey, Job Evaluation, Executive Fitment, designing Organisation Manual, Performance Appraisal System, and formulating Compensation Strategy.
