Our MISSION
IQAC strives to institutionalise outcome-based, technology-enabled teaching, learning and evaluation that foster holistic development; to promote research, innovation and entrepreneurship; to ensure equitable opportunities for the academic and professional advancement of every learner; to uphold transparent, data-driven governance sustained by continuous stakeholder feedback; and to nurture ethical values, social responsibility and sustainability, so that knowledge finds expression in meaningful service.
OBJECTIVES AND FUNCTIONS OF IQAC
- To develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
- To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
THE IQAC AT BHARATA MATA COLLEGE HAS THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
- To enhance overall awareness of quality and establish robust mechanisms for continuous quality assessment and improvement.
- To design and implement need-based capacity-building programmes for both students and faculty members.
- To promote the adoption of best practices aimed at sustaining and advancing a culture of quality within the institution.
- To foster a research-oriented environment that encourages students and faculty to engage in high-quality research and disseminate their findings through scholarly publications.
- To actively involve all stakeholders in the institutional quality assurance and enhancement processes.
- To cultivate an institutional culture that values excellence and actively promotes student engagement and empowerment.
