UG Admission Important Instructions
  • Carry all the necessary documents for admission.
  • The candidate will be able to confirm the admission only after the payment of the admission fee.
  • If the candidate is absent during the allotted time, the admission will be cancelled and the seat will be given to the next candidate in the list.
  • Allotment in the sure list of any of the opted programmes will lead to the cancellation of all the other lower options.
  • If there is any discrepancy in the marks/details entered, the candidature will be rejected
List of Documents to be submitted for UG Admission
  1. Print Out of Application Form
  2. Allotment Memo - 2 Copies
  3. Recent Passport Size Photo-1
  4. TC from the Institution Last Attended (Original).
  5. Conduct Certificate from The Head of the Institution Last Attended (Certificate should not have been issued earlier than 6 months)
  6. +2 Mark List - Original & 2 Self-attested Copies
  7. SSLC Certificate - 2 Self-attested Copies
  8. Aadhar - 2 Copies
  9. Caste Certificate / Community Certificate (SC/ST/Community Quota) from Village Officer or Tahsildar. This Certificate should not have been issued earlier than 3 Year Prior to the submission of application -1 Copy
  10. Income Certificate, if eligible for fee concession. The Income Certificate should not have been issued earlier than 12 Months prior to the submission of application.
  11. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, If Applicable
  12. Certificates in Proof of Achievements claimed for Admission to Sports/Cultural/PD Quotas (Original & 1 Self-Attested Copy)
  13. Certificates in Proof of Bonus Marks (NSS, NCC, SPC, Ex-Service Man) - Original & 1 Self-Attested Copy
  14. Allotment Letter from Ut of Lakshadweep in Respect of Candidates Admitted to Lakshadweep Quota
  15. Relevant Certificate in Respect of Candidates Admitted to Transgender Category
  16. Certificates/Documents Malayalee Students from Andaman & Nicobar Islands Quota
  17. EWS Certificate for EWS Category
  18. Migration Certificate (Candidate from Boards Other Than Kerala State, VHSE, THSE, CBSE, ISSCE)
  19. Eligibility Certificate from the Mahatma Gandhi University at the time of admission (Candidate from Boards other than Kerala State, VHSE, THSE, CBSE, ISSCE)

  5. Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution Last Attended (Original). The Conduct Certificate should not have been issued earlier than 6 Months
  6. Provisional/Degree Certificate - Original & Self-attested 2 Copies
  7. Consolidated Mark List - Original & 2 Self-attested Copies
  8. SSLC Certificate - 2 Self-attested Copies
  9. Eligibility/Equivalency Certificates from the Mahatma Gandhi University at the time of admission as stipulated in the case of candidates from other Universities - 2 Copies
  10. Migration Certificates for Candidates from Other Universities - 2 Copies
  11. Aadhar - 2 Copies
